Order cancelation and returns
You may request a cancellation within 6 hours of your purchase and we will refund your payment method.
We do not accept returns or exchanges after your order has been packed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Flicker immediately.

We will do our best to pack your items in a safe and secure method but in case of severe damage during the shipping process – we will make exception.You may only return an item with our prior approval. You will be required to provide photos of damaged goods along with exterior packaging within 3 days after tracking has confirmed delivery to your location. A refund will be issued after we receive the item. Please note that damage claims after the 3 day maximum will not be accepted. Return shipping must be paid by you.
Flicker online items are payable via credit card. Your payment are secure through Shopify. 
Items will be shipped only after confirmation of payment.
Only one coupon code may be used per order.
Loyalty cards are not accepted for online purchases, however you may accrue punches at the time of in-person pickup if you choose to do so.
Any item purchased will be shipped within 3
business days from confirmation of the payment. Winter Holiday Shipping will go out next day. Please provide your contact info because I may need more info to complete shipping. Shipping may be delayed if unforseen circumstances crop up (hopefully they don't-ever!)

We use USPS services and sometimes UPS for larger shipments. Continental US parcels should arrive within 5 business days. International items usually arrive within 1-2 months after dispatch with regular shipping. Please note that delays may occur depending on your local postal services, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. If you have time constraints please select expedited option, or pick-up at checkout instead of regular shipping.

All orders ship with tracking services. You will receive an email with a shipping notification and tracking number so you can look at where your package is at all times.

If you suspect that the package has been lost/ significantly delayed /misplaced during its travel - we suggest that you go to your local post office with your tracking number and ask them to find it for you. This is the fastest and easiest way for you to find more information on the location of your package. Once a package is marked as delivered it is no longer our responsibility to keep track of its whereabouts. We do not offer refunds for stolen mail.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the importing and exporting requirements of your country have been met. You are responsible for any customs tax, fees, or charges that might occur, you can contact your country's customs department prior to ordering to find out what these fees will be.
Customs charges are essentially a tax imposed by each country's government for the import of goods. Since you are the one who has purchased/ brought in the goods, it is not our responsibility to pay the fee since we are not a resident of that country. Any claims to hold Flicker accountable for customs fees will be denied immediately. If the buyer refuses the package for any reason, a refund will not be issued.
Purchasing Guidelines from Flicker 
Looking at a photo is not an accurate way to judge the size of an item. It is important to read the listing description which will give you a more accurate measurement or weight. The written sizes are very close approximations, and may vary slightly depending on which direction is being measured. Stones sizes are measured in mm and grams. Approx 25 mm=1 inch. A typical 1" round tumbled stone weighs 25-35 grams. 

When purchasing from a group, please read product descriptions and look through every single one of the photos to get a better idea of the variety available. Looking only at the first photo will NOT give you an accurate representation of all the varieties or sizes available. By purchasing from a grouped listing (Where we choose the item), you acknowledge that any of the colors, shapes, or patterns included in all the pictures could potentially be in your order. We always try to choose a piece we would buy for ourself. If you absolutely prefer a certain characteristic, please include a "note to seller" at checkout with a short description of the color, pattern, or shape that you prefer. Please note that this does not guarantee an exact match for your preference, it is simply an option to provide you with a more accurate choice. If you do not include a "note to seller" at checkout, the item will be chosen completely at random.

Please note that crystals are a natural product, sometimes stones and crystals have small imperfections and blemishes. This may include marks from polishing for any item that is shaped, as these are all made by hand. Some features are more difficult to see such as druzy caverns or hollow pockets. We try to include all features in photos, but if this is a concern for you please contact us prior to purchasing. We usually have already discounted items with severe imperfections.
Colors may appear slightly different on screen depending on the monitor settings your device has. If you feel that a color is significantly different, please place it in bright sunlight against a white background for comparison. If you purchased an item that has flash such as labradorite, moonstone or garnierite, the best way to find the flash is with a bright directional light such as a flashlight or direct sunshine.

Please take the time to research minerals that you are not familiar with prior to purchasing. Some minerals are fragile, water soluble, light sensitive, have sharp edges, or may contain toxic compounds. It is advised that all specimens are handled with care.

Please use caution and care when opening your order. We use repurposed and recycled packing material. We recommend unpacking on a flat, clean surface and use care in unwrapping to avoid dropping or causing damage your crystal item. Do not jab sharp instruments into packing material or you may scratch your item. 
All orders are double checked before sealing so it is extremely unlikely that an item would be missing from your order. We reserve the right to refund or reship an item if this does however occur.
